We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for your Catch membership. Below is our refund policy:
At the conclusion of your 7-day free trial with Catch, your account converts to annual membership. Catch offers a full refund within the first two (2) days of the purchase of membership, provided the member has not yet received their risk score upon completion of the initial risk assessment or placed an order for lab services.
All Gift purchases are final. No refunds, returns, credits, discounts, or rebates.
To request a refund, please reach out to support@catchbio.com.
To cancel your membership or opt out of your renewal, please navigate to app.catchbio.com/account. From there, select “Edit” from the membership section and follow the steps to initiate your cancellation.
If you submit your Catch purchase for HSA / FSA reimbursement and your claim is fully or partially denied, we will reimburse you for the remaining cost. To qualify for reimbursement, you must provide evidence that 1) you submitted your purchase to your HSA / FSA administrator within 60 days of your purchase date and 2) you are submitting your refund request to Catch within 30 days of claim denial.
If you are owed a refund, Catch will provide it in a timely fashion. Please note: it may take up to 5 days or more to evaluate your refund for approval. Once evaluated, refunds will be processed using the payment method used to pay for the membership being canceled and processed within 10-15 business days of approval.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
